I posted on LinkedIn for 37 weeks straight.
200+ posts of carefully curated content.
I did a LinkedIn “posting detox” last week.
I still stayed active and engaged with all my favorite creators.
I still responded to every single non-spammy DM.
I still accepted every non-Forex connection request.
It felt AMAZING!
I felt less stressed.
My head became more clear.
And I became more focused.
Now, I do love LinkedIn…
And the relationships that have come with it!
However, never forget that YOUR mental health comes first.
Don’t do LinkedIn at the cost of mental stress.
