Here’s how you can reduce the no-show rate DRASTICALLY..
Before you end the phone call, use my Hypnotist script:
“Ok, Ms. DM, I’m looking forward to seeing you THURSDAY AT 8. In case something pops up before THURSDAY AT 8, let me give you my cell. Do you have a pen handy?”
“If something pops up before THURSDAY AT 8, my cell is (your #). Again, this is Marcus with X. Just call my cell if something pops up before THURSDAY AT 8, cool?”
“Also, aside from yourself, does anyone else need to be part of the meeting to get this program going THURSDAY AT 8?”
“Great, I’ll shoot you over an invite as well so you’ll have it in your calendar. I have X as your email, is that right?”
“Great, I’ll send it over after this and I look forward to seeing you THURSDAY AT 8!”
This sequence will take 30 seconds more but will save you a TON of heartache!
