How to View Objections on the Phone

Most view objections on the cold call the wrong way.

If you really break it down..

99% of objections to meet are something like this:

“Covid-19”

“The economy”

“Have a vendor”

“Happy with current vendor”

“No budget”

“Redo budgets in X months”

“Too busy”

“Under contract”

“Used to use you”

“Not interested”

Etc, etc, etc.

And of course, there are variations of the same objection in different words.

Here’s a secret:

The objections are..

ALL.

THE.

SAME.

Objections are simply an objection to..

MAKING A CHANGE TO THE STATUS QUO.

That’s it.

The truth is, they have a way of doing things.

(Every business does whether it’s good or bad)

You’re asking to discuss potentially making a change!

So when you get thrown a phone objection..

It’s just the prospect subconsciously asking:

“Show me WHY this objection is NOT valid”

“Show me HOW you can great value despite the objection”

When you shift your mindset to understand this..

You’ll overcome more objections and book more appointments.
