There’s one common trait I see in ALL top sales pro’s.
It’s the same one I see in top leaders.
In top athletes.
In really ANYONE who is at the top of their game.
Know what it is?
The thing is, nobody is BORN with confidence.
It must be developed.
The truth is, confidence is like a bank account.
To build it up, you must make deposits constantly.
The best way to build it up is committing to something..
And then doing it.
For instance, cold calling.
The first time you do it, it’s incredibly scary!
However, the more you do it, the more deposits there are.
Over time those deposits add up to CONFIDENCE!
On the flip side, when you commit to do it..
BUT DON’T do it..
You know: skip days..
Make less calls..
Then you are WITHDRAWING from your bank account.
Your confidence will start going down over time!
So if you want to build your confidence in ANYTHING..
Make sure you put deposits in the Confidence Bank daily!
