Selling in 2021 is different than selling in 2001 😂
Here are a few shifts I’ve observed:
1) Digital presence is key
What do your prospects see when they Google you?
2) Omni-Channel all day, everyday
Phone, email, LinkedIn, FB, IG, Twitter, mailer, etc.
3) 100% Customer-centric
It’s not about YOU, it’s about them.
From outreach to your sales process.
From in person to digital interactions.
4) Onboarding and customer success is 100% vital – don’t churn and burn prospects and customers.
They’ll tell their friends and fam if you do a bad job.
5) The Dark Funnel is real.
Your company and you are being discussed in chats, Slack Channels, forums, etc. that you’re not aware of.
Make sure you show up daily and deliver.
