Why You Should Not Trust “Sales Gurus”

Do NOT trust sales gurus.

And NO – I do not consider myself a “Guru”🤣

Here are 9 reasons why you should NOT trust sales gurus:


1) Never actually sold

2) Never actually sold WELL

3) Never sold well CONSISTENTLY

4) Never actually taught OTHERS to sell

5) Do NOT even practice what they preach.

6) Have zero to little PROOF of client results

7) Do NOT have proven methodology or frameworks

8) Never test and improve frameworks for modern times

9) Never adapt and test the market for more effective methods

The last one is a BIG one.

The market is constantly changing.

Selling in 2021 is WAY different than selling in 2001.

So if you’re going to listen to any “sales guru”..

Make sure they are actually doing the 8 things above.
